Every Aghorn Interests project moves through the same four phases. What changes from job to job is the detail inside them, never who is responsible for the result.
We start with the numbers. Working from your program and the early drawings, we build a real budget, test the design for constructability, and lay out a schedule you can take to a lender.
Before a shovel moves, we lock in the trades. We prequalify and buy out subcontractors against the estimate, secure long-lead materials, and set up the site, so day one on the ground is a productive one.
We run the field full-time. You get regular reporting on cost and schedule, disciplined change management, and a superintendent who treats your building like it has their name on it, because it has ours.
The last ten percent is where reputations are made. We drive the punch list, hand over clean closeout documents and warranties, and stand behind the work after you take the keys.
